Interview
Walked in for their "job fair". This company was slightly unorganized. They asked us to fill out applications in the break room and we were each interviewed one by one. No one could explain what exactly the positions were about, so it was either customer service representative or patient financial clearance representative. The hiring managers were not prepared for the interviews. The interview was short, she only asked about my background experience and explained the job. Said if they were to hire me I would hear something back in a couple of weeks. This is just another unorganized company expecting top notch employees.InterviewTell me about yourself and your previous experience.
