I have been working at USHEALTH Advisors full-time (More than 5 years)
It makes a big difference on what team you join. While we are all appointed to the same company, each leader's office has a culture of its own. Some are very aggressive, some are more laid back. Some are willing to invest in your start up and some leave that up to you as this is an independent sales position. Group overview meetings are the best use of time because we literally get hundreds of inquiries. This gives you the opportunity to meet us and evaluate the position and sit for a private interview if you wish to move forward. I would never say it's a waste of time, its the only way for you to get all details first and ask questions before deciding if it's a good fit for you. The culture in my office is quite unique as we provide a ramp up period that allows you acquire your license and several non-resident states with very little or no cost at all, besides your investment in time. Being self-employed as an independent contractor is not for everyone. If you sincerely want to make some changes in your life or wish to have freedom and independence with no limits, this may be just right for you. If you need a JOB with a paycheck yesterday, then this may not be a good fit.

None really. My advice would be to my Associates. Be straight with people, bring out our Mission of HOPE and you will attract the right candidates for this position.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at USHEALTH Advisors (Houston, TX) in October 2017.
The interview process was good they did a group presentation and explained the company. then after that was done the did an individual interview. Which I thought was great because you could get all you personal questions answered
