    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at USI in September 2016.

    Interview

Met with two regional managers. The position changed from branch manager to production manager within minutes. When I called them out on it, they fed me a line about starting from the ground up. I reminded them of my background and qualifications and they ended up referring me to a national position. The national guy strung me along for two months, then finally told me it wasn't meant to be.
