    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at USNR (Woodland, WA) in December 2012.

    Interview

I met with the department head and the VP of Sales. We discussed my history. We went over what was going to be my first duties as a new employee. Who I would be working with and working for. I went away thinking I was a good fit. After a couple phone calls they offered me the position.
