In our attempt to foster creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, we run garage ventures to convert best ideas of D3 into minimum viable product/prototype. Recently our 3 founders of garage venture teams (identified in D3 2016) attended session on idea pitching which is happened in Bangalore on 12th November 2018. They are also receiving coaching from founder of ‘Cochin Startup Village’ for developing idea into product.
D3 is UST’s DevCon where the brightest minds in UST Global can meet, learn and develop their programming and engineering skills. Developers and technologists are our most prized assets. D3 has been designed for our developers, designers and builders. In 2017, D3 attracted close to 2500 developers, who gathered in Trivandrum for a spectacular technology experience curated around the theme of Transformation. Our hackathon winners and architects presented some world-class solutions and we witnessed the best in action.

Really happy here - love the culture and values of the company.
I underwent 4 levels of interview here. 3rd and 4th levels were somewhat difficult. But as a content writer I managed to answer most of the questions. Being a part of UST is fun and a matter of pride. I am just going to work with sales support team and it will be very engaging and sometimes multitasking will be required.
