Digital Learning: We are offering our employees a chance to hone their skills in the latest technologies while they work with us through a program called Digital ALPHA. For our existing workforce, we are providing several trainings aligned to changes in technology world through webinars, classroom training as well as learning tools like LinkedIn Learning and Pluralsight to prepare them for changes within the dynamic digital ecosystem. 

Women's Mentoring: To provide a platform for female talent in various roles (STEM), to learn from successful internal leaders, model their leadership skills based on shared experiences and guidance, we are focusing on cross learning and grooming of Female Talent for greater mobility, career opportunity ​and enhance gender diversity in leadership roles​ through a dedicated Women's Mentoring Program.

Step IT Up, America: In 2013, UST Global launched Step IT Up America, a proprietary job creation program that is directly addressing the need to train and place minority women and veterans into high-quality IT jobs across USA. With ‘Step IT Up’, UST Global invests in recruiting, training and employing women and veterans who typically do not have any formal technology training. The program equips graduates with technology skills to launch successful IT careers and provides companies a dynamic complement to their workforce planning and diversity initiatives.

Wellness Centers: UST Global has always focused on the wholesome development of their employees. To ensure their health and stability, we have a number of initiatives such as regular health check up camps across geographies. We also have tie-ups with the best medical facilities such as KIMS, Kerala as well as medical insurance that can be extended to our employees' family members.

At UST Global we believe in fostering a culture of innovation. To further this, we are building a Startup Ecosystem where we are running initiatives such as D3 and Garage Ventures. Through this forum, we are encouraging entrepreneurial spirit of USsociates to come up with ideas. Further, we help them to convert this ideas into products by providing financials and mentoring through best industry experts.

Garage Ventures
In our attempt to foster creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, we run garage ventures to convert best ideas of D3 into minimum viable product/prototype. Recently our 3 founders of garage venture teams (identified in D3 2016) attended session on idea pitching which is happened in Bangalore on 12th November 2018. They are also receiving coaching from founder of ‘Cochin Startup Village’ for developing idea into product.

D3 is UST’s DevCon where the brightest minds in UST Global can meet, learn and develop their programming and engineering skills. Developers and technologists are our most prized assets. D3 has been designed for our developers, designers and builders. In 2017, D3 attracted close to 2500 developers, who gathered in Trivandrum for a spectacular technology experience curated around the theme of Transformation. Our hackathon winners and architects presented some world-class solutions and we witnessed the best in action.
