Great pay. Non-micromanagement style. Insurance is higher than other places but better coverage. Mgmt welcomes your ideas and encourages career development. Up to date with the latest and greatest software. Resources are easily made available which makes it pleasant to work.
Pay is once a month. 2% merit increase vs the 3% norm. Parking is not free. It seems as some of the senior executives do not like communicating with lower staff for some reason - as if titles are more important than answering crucial emails that relate to the operations of the dept.
Advice to Management
None really.. try to provide more incentives so that your employees won't be looking to work somewhere else.
