It seems most people support a company’s ability to require the vaccine as a condition of employment (something I agree with). However, I can’t seem to wrap my head around the prop 22 situation in California. How does the same logic not apply? Uber and Lyft drivers overwhelmingly support the classification as contractors based on surveys. how can they and the company they contract with not be allowed to do as they please based on the same “private companies can do as they please” basis.

Which FAANGS + Tesla, Uber, Microsoft, Disney, and their attempting competitors in the Fortune 500 have the best perks? free lunches, employee shuttles, money for housing, highest RSUs, best office spaces, top equipment, etc I imagine it varies a ton from office to office so if you know own of any offices that are nicer I’m curious about that too. For example, ford factories are sometimes 100 years old and most are around 30 years but they all range in niceness/quality

InterviewThey were very straight forward, and did good job out lining what the rest of the interview process would look like. I applied, and think I heard back for a first interview within about a week or so. They provided some material ahead of time for me to read about the company. I applied for a position in Europe though, so I am not sure if this same pre-read process applies in the U.S. The interview questions were fair and straight forward to the role.
