I have been working at Uline full-time (More than 5 years)
Owners aknowledge and provide the employees with every possible way of providing feedback on how the company is doing, and how it could improve. Profit sharing bonuses are great, as well as performance bonus and raise at the end of the year.
Hours are a bit difficult to manage a work/life balance. My particular shift is at night and it doesn't allow me to get my MBA or have enough time with my family. Great company, but they should definitely look into making a 8-5.
Advice to Management
Great management staff at Uline. Plenty of managers on duty allowing for proper training every day. Management treats employees with respect and allows them to create their own path by how much effort they put into their work.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline.
Applied online through my college career website, then the next day I got a call from Human Resources to set up a phone interview. A few days later I had the phone interview, and at the end they asked me to drive to their office for another interview. The day after the second interview I got a call from Human Resources asking for references and said they would give me a final decision within the week.
