I love my job and can work whenever, however, and wherever I like. Not everyone can handle that freedom and responsibility which is presumably why there is a dissing review on this website
There is not a lot of team interactions. All you, all day. That's how you play.
Advice to Management
Keep it real.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ultius in April 2017.
When you apply, you first take a grammar test that is fairly simple, in my opinion. If you pass, the "interview" is a sample paper they ask you to write on a topic. They respond fairly quickly, within a few days if I remember correctly, letting you know if you've advanced to the next stage. They also provide feedback on your paper, which is useful. You set up a time for a phone interview, which is basically just someone walking you through the steps of setting up your account, etc. I think they asked one question: "Why do you want to work for Ultius?" They give you a chance to ask any questions you have. My phone interview experience was very pleasant, and the interviewer I had was very friendly. We even talked about the weather that day where I am versus where she was!
