My interview process with Ultra was straightforward and productive, and left me with a very good first impression of the organization. I had an MS Teams meeting, followed by and on-site interview and tour. The team members that I met with were very flexible in scheduling the onsite interview so that it worked with my schedule.InterviewUltra asked how my work experience could apply to the Production Planner job opening.

Will has been with Ultra for 12 years, originally starting with Ultra as a Software Test Engineer. When asked what makes him most proud to work at Ultra, he said, "The people. Sarah joined Ultra's two-year graduate scheme in 2019 and completed multiple rotations, starting with the In-Service Support Engineering team, to Systems Engineering and finally Electrical/Electronic Engineering, before returning to In-Service Support. In her words, "Those who work at Ultra are very open to answering questions and showing others how various systems work; I have been able to learn from some extremely experienced people and as a result, have put my knowledge into practice in front of peers, seniors and customers."
