My interview process with Ultra was straightforward and productive, and left me with a very good first impression of the organization. I had an MS Teams meeting, followed by and on-site interview and tour. Ultra ElectronicsSarah joined Ultra's two-year graduate scheme in 2019 and completed multiple rotations, starting with the In-Service Support Engineering team, to Systems Engineering and finally Electrical/Electronic Engineering, before returning to In-Service Support. In her words, "Those who work at Ultra are very open to answering questions and showing others how various systems work; I have been able to learn from some extremely experienced people and as a result, have put my knowledge into practice in front of peers, seniors and customers."
