    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ultra Mobile (United States)

The interview process was pretty long compared to many other interviews I've done but I've moved on fairly quickly throughout and everything took probably a little bit over two weeks. A total of 4 interviews including a creative brief.

Now I will be transparent. Everyone that had interviewed me at ultra was super friendly and seemed super passionate with what they do and it was a pleasure speaking with them. But the issue I had that made it a negative experience for me was telling me I practically got the job and all I needed to do was the last step but then the day of they tell me that they are actually not going to move forward with an offer due to company wanting restructure.

I completely understand things happen, but what I do not and probably will never understand is if that they were not sure about the position then why had me go through all the way to the last minute and hint at me to choose them over another offer I had.

Verbal offers are still offers and it is so cruel to play with someone's time and livelihood.

Walk me through your portfolio. What is your favorite project and why? Tell me a time where you had to overcome a challenge?
