I worked at Ultramain Systems full-time (More than 3 years)
Gave me a shot right out of school. Very interesting industry. Got to travel to some cool places.
Very bad management. They take advantage of their employees and work employees to death. Worked a lot of Saturdays and Sundays and long days.
Advice to Management
Stop working employees to death. The extreme amount of hours week after week month after month wears down moral. Provide advancement opportunities based on work ethic as opposed to who knows people.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ultramain Systems.
Onsite interview led by two interviewers. They asked basic java and OOP conceptual questions like difference between abstract class and interface, method overloading and method overriding, The last question was structuring a bank account class on the white board.
