    Brand Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in New York, NY
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Unacademy (New York, NY).

    Interview

    Please rename yourself 'un-professional'.

The HR probably has no idea of the JD and the type of candidates he should be scouting for. He had one job in life : CV screening and that too he failed and how!

The hiring manager had just one specific question up his sleeve and he ended the interview in 5 mins flat. If you are so clear on what you want please target the candidates accordingly instead of making them come down and then wait for 2 hours to get 5 minutes of your time.

The HR says, we will schedule further rounds and "will come back to you".
It's been 2 months since and he's yet to come back. Such a pansy procedure. What a waste of time!
