I worked at Under Armour part-time

    Pros

    The discount, that’s about it.
    Armour Day is fun too
Major League Baseball Contract is nice
Working at HQ is where it’s at

    Cons

They did away with Key Looks.
    Stopped making the Gemini’s
All the new shoes are trash except the Hovr
The Orlando Market is too saturated
    Company expanded way too fast

    Advice to Management

Kevin Plank you need to do some rethinking, You’ve lost a lot of good employees the past year. How are you going to have the same clothes in a Brand House and the outlets at the same time, or shoes in a Brand House and cheaper in Finish Line..

    Interview

I had a first round phone interview with the recruiter. He was over 30 minutes late in calling me. I thought it was extremely unprofessional. I was supposed to hear back a week later, but he never got back to me. I sent a follow up email, but he did not respond. Overall, I'm not impressed by Under Armour's recruiting process. Most companies typically have the decency to let you know that they're not moving on and their recruiters respond to emails inquiring into the status of candidacy.
