-A sales culture unlike another other. Many employees have been here for years which is something you don't see in the ad industry.
-Opportunity to manage sellers and enter player/coach role. The company prides themselves on growing sales people into managers. Account Executives can become Senior Account Executives and Associate Directors which will allow them to manage a team.
-Great work/life balance
-Fast pace with lot's of opportunity for growth
-Tremendous amount of support for sales executives
-High compensation if successful
-Competitive industry in general so the company must continue to differentiate itself in market.
-Not many cons come to mind.

Continue to hire great talent.
