It's a school district so you get benefits. Solid pay. They have good people that work here. They pay for coffee service.
Poor leadership, more of a dictator. They keep everything local so telling them how something worked at another site causes them to become offended. If you make a suggestion they do the opposite.
Advice to Management
If you can't support your staff and give them the opportunity to succeed then you will never keep any quality people in your stead.
