I worked at Union Bank & Trust full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Tons of Vacation time, excellent supervisors, family-oriented company, free lunch 4 days a week, helps pay for your gym membership, offers to pay part of your phone bill (In applicable positions)

    Cons

The health insurance is not the best, but as a remote employee, I was in a totally different region from where the insurance was designed to cover.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Union Bank & Trust (Richmond, VA) in November 2016.

    Interview

I applied online. First step was completing the online teller simulation and survey. After that, they conducted a 30 minute phone interview with HR. A week later, I went in and interviewed with the branch manager. I received a call back the next day with an offer. I haven't started training yet but am looking forward to it. It's been a positive, seamless process so far.
