    Pros

    Flexible Managers, Laid back environment

    Cons

Incredible disorganization and no real direction. Applying for new positions takes months. Currently going through a merger that offers NO stability. Have to vet for new positions after the merger. ONLY offering 3 months severance!

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at United Arab Shipping Company.

    Interview

Lengthy. PLI Assessment, then Interview. Can take MONTHS. You get to meet with HR and the manager specific to the position you are applying. Some details are given about the position and a discussion is held about how you can fit with the company's needs. Also want to know what you can add to the company.

    Interview Questions

    • They like to know your background. Ask about specific skills and interest in the company. Also a laid back process.   Answer Question
