Advice to Management
Watch our company grow by choosing to focus on the care of the employees who interact most with patients and new hires. Take care of their work-to-personal life ratio and compensate them well for what they provide for us. Then watch them take pride and care in what they do for our company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at United Health Services (Shelton, CT) in May 2011.
There were Four people present, manager, asst manager, social worker and direct manager, it took about an hour with each person asking some questions. Each person presented questions that represented their areas of expertise. The department manager presented personality questions.
Just one week later, not a lot of negotiating
