I have been working at United Health Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefits offered here are bar none the best price wise and option wise in the area.

    Cons

It has grown in to a corporate world of policies and procedures that are hard to keep up with sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Watch our company grow by choosing to focus on the care of the employees who interact most with patients and new hires. Take care of their work-to-personal life ratio and compensate them well for what they provide for us. Then watch them take pride and care in what they do for our company.
