I have been working at United Overseas Bank (More than a year)

    Pros

Professional and well-equipped office enviornment, Well-trained employees, Reasonable compensation and other offers. Company has global network to share market comments.

    Cons

Might need to work overtime sometimes. Detailed work division might cause always focusing own duties and lack of bigger picture.

    1. Group Case
    2. Role-play
    3. Individual Case

    1. Group Case: I was assigned to a group of 5 for this round. We were given about 10 minutes to read through the case file before proceeding with the discussion. Pretty standard.

    2. Role-play: Role-played as the Head of Customer Service. Had to handle a difficult customer! Pretty touch in my opinion. Just remember to keep your cool and keep smiling

    3. Individual Case: 20mins to read a super thick case. Tough tough tough.
