Might need to work overtime sometimes. Detailed work division might cause always focusing own duties and lack of bigger picture.

1. Group Case: I was assigned to a group of 5 for this round. We were given about 10 minutes to read through the case file before proceeding with the discussion. Pretty standard.
2. Role-play: Role-played as the Head of Customer Service. Had to handle a difficult customer! Pretty touch in my opinion. Just remember to keep your cool and keep smiling
3. Individual Case: 20mins to read a super thick case. Tough tough tough.
