Interview
Do not apply unless you plan to dedicate your life to this company. In the interview they talked about how this is a very demanding position with on-call weekend shifts. You practically have to know everything. When I asked about training, they mentioned sending the person out to somewhere local to do some job shadowing. Apparently "local" to them meant sending someone out to a neighboring state. They were also mentioning things that were not in the job description like being able to unload trucks with a forklift on days where it may be slow. Poor transparency.InterviewWould you be interested in working outdoors, like in the summer?
