I worked at Uniting Ambition full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Having worked for UA for over 4 years I feel that it is a great place to work if recruitment is your thing.
Since fresh investment at the end of 2017 and a change in leadership the business seems to be thriving.
The leadership team have created a great collaborative culture and a policy that allows everybody to have direct access to the MD in order to share ideas and drive the business forward.
Salaries and bonus schemes are also very competitive and a recent office relocation has made the office more accessible.

    Cons

Historically there has been a lack of flexibility in regards to remote/home working.
