I have been working at Unito full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Culture is everything here. You feel like you're part of a team and people have your back. The intense transparency is refreshing; when someone messes up, whether they're a developer or an executive, you're told about it. Salaries are incredibly competitive, and the benefits are fantastic. I can focus on doing my best work because I'm supported and encouraged.

    Cons

    Can't think of anything here.

    Account Executive Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unito (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in October 2018.

    Interview

Step 1 - Interview on the phone with the recruiter
Step 2 - Interview on the phone with the recruiter/Talent coordinator.
Step 3 - Personality test (200+ questions) to test logic, interpretation, etc.
Step 4 - In-person meeting with the head of revenue.
Step 5 - Second interview with the CEO.
Step 6 - Pilot/On-Site with the team to get to meet potential future co-workers (this can be completed remotely/on-site/or a mix of both).

Pro's: Honest, well articulated, transparent + a major focus on communication.
Cons: Lengthy process to cross-check past references.

Please note the pilot will be variable depending on which role you are applying for.

Some thoughts on the process: it actually is very good, it qualifies if you truly are a fit, and if the work environment is a fit for you.
