Trim the fat.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity Bank.
Asked a series of "what you would do" questions which was fine, afterward, he had me fill out by a lot of application paperwork & releases by hand. It sounded it, he said he would get back to me yet the VP never did. The VP JUST COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO RETURN A FOLLOW UP EMAIL OR ANYTHING. If that's how they treat potential employees, how well do they treat employees?? Not so good either according to the reviews. I wouldn't even trust putting my money in this place with these kind of people. One of their mottos is "do the right thing" HAHA I suppose someone should tell them what that means.
