PropelNext guides next-generation nonprofits through transformational change to achieve stronger results for youth. Unity Care is one of 12 organizations selected to receive a California PropelNext grant and participate in the three-year initiative. Unity Care will receive a $200,000 grant from the Heising-Simons Foundation along with an investment of expert one-on-one coaching, group learning sessions, and a peer learning community.
