Unrealistic expectations, 25 year old out dated system. Superiors micromanaging employee's, hard to keep up with expectations. No incentives, No bonus. Not worth all the stress.
Advice to Management
Focus on motivating employees by providing incentives (not just emails or $75 gift cards) and appreciation for the hard work. Avoid micromanaging, controlling time and action of the employee's. Provide trust and freedom to execute tasks with an individual approach.
