I have been working at Universal American full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Supportive environment to learn and grow. Senior management is very accessible. Entrepreneurial feel...you do well if you are a motivated self starter

    Cons

Management is very too heavy. There aren't many opportunities for promotion. A definite ceiling exists in terms of career advancement.

    Advice to Management

More consistency between segments on various policies (promotions, raises, work from home, paid time off, etc). Too much is left to the discretion of the manager.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Universal American.

    Interview

Intense interview process, the company also took a very long time, weeks to extend an offer. The human resources process moves slowly and on boarding is not organized.
