    Pros

Good company with lots to learn. Lots of different medical equipment from a handheld device to beds.

    Cons

Director level and above doesn't interact with lower management. Middle management is isolated and left out.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Universal Hospital Services (Miami, FL) in May 2017.

    Interview

Fair process with three interviews to discuss strategy and value proposition to promote the UHS offering. The Health care system is changing everyday and is in need of new ideas to save money and become more efficient and lowering the cost of healthcare and improve outcomes as well as improving patient satisfaction. The UHS service model is one of the new ways for IDN's to save money, time and reduce lost equipment. They also improve the utility rate of all equipment.
