    Pros

You are allowed to use your experince that you h ave gained over the years and to teach patients about the disease and their disease process.

    Cons

I just feel that in the area that I work in that the other people get to take a lunch break while I am still working thru mine. And they never offer to help. But, in the same respect if I am not busy I always offer to help the other people.

    Advice to Management

That they need to go by what you do and how you perform and what all yu do when it comes to salary increases. And that the work load shu;d be easier. Especially if you have someone who sits on the tush all d ay while you run yours off. And you don't lunch but then of course they take time for their lunch break. When you have to eat on the run or eat an apple to keep going.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at University health Associates (Morgantown, WV) in February 2016.

    Interview

Very well organized and on time. I met with all people involved in the position I was applying for. It was a long day but it went very smoothly. Everyone was welcoming and easy to talk to. Very open and informative. I felt comfortable and was treated very well by everyone I interviewed with.
