I have been working at University of Arizona part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They work with you on your schedule. Class comes first, then work. They will never schedule work during one of your scheduled classes.

    Cons

The lack of hours. It's nearly impossible to get to the max of 25 hours per week.

    Interview

I can't tell you. I am very qualified and capable in the fields of front-end support and systems administration, and my resume says such. I have applied for 8 jobs in the last month in my field, all of which I am very qualified for. Either I got a letter telling me I wasn't going to get interviewed, or I just got "ghosted".

I hate to think I have been blacklisted there, since I've never worked there before and they would really have no reason to do that to me. But, I really can't think of any other reason why they won't interview me. My resume is fine; it is getting me interviews at other places.

    I just don't understand :(
