    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at University of Illinois at Chicago (Chicago, IL) in November 2011.

I had an in-person interview with the office director, who would be my supervisor, and a future coworker who I would be working alongside. I had applied online and was called in for an interview approximately two weeks later. The interview lasted approximately one hour. After one interview I was offered the position.
