    Awesome opportunities to program and plan, awesome unique residents, great management that understands you are a student first, very good training, awesome because free meal plan and housing.

    Cons

    Sometimes can be difficult to manage job and schoolwork but overall easy to get organized and time manage as you develop experience

    Slightly more training and team building during summer training.
