You can work in the microbiology prep labs part time during school and then there is a possibility for full time over the summer, so it's an awesome opportunity that can be flexible for your schedule. You can also be promoted to a manager in your time there because as older students graduate, younger students need to step up. So, there is an upward career path that looks great on a resume!
There is a commitment that you need to honor because you are helping run courses, so as flexible as the management is with your schedule, you have reciprocate and be able to take a few shifts proctoring exams from 7-10 pm.

Not much of an interview process. You apply and they hire you. They give you a uniform let you pick a schedule while being required to work nights on the weekends.
