    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital (Lexington-Fayette, KY).

    Interview

Easy, very standard questions. I had to interview one-on-one with an immediate supervisor, not senior management. So there was zero intimidation factor. I wish I knew that a good interview does not equal a good job where I was valued and respected.

I felt very prepared for the interview and was taken back to the break room to meet other employees right away. They made an offer that day and were very cordial.

None of the questions caught me off guard, and I wasn't made to feel nervous at all. I enjoyed the interview process, but it was one of the few times management treated me like a human being.
