    Pros

    Great interaction with students! Great benefits. Family atmosphere among co-workers and staff. Excellent opportunity to build relationships with equipment reps. Lots of paid time off and professional development opportunities

    Cons

    Pay is on the lower end. Program areas are often not on the same page. Travel and purchase requisitions take a long time to get processed. Professional development plan not provided . Small staff with limited advancement opportunity.

    The professor had asked me a few questions on my previous work experience and asked my to explain about my projects. I started to tell him where I did my undergraduate and schooling and then explained about my projects. I had also done an android project which I described it to him.
