I have been working at University of New Mexico part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly-ish coworkers, This company provided a rewarding and nurturing environment for me to succeed in. I would highly recommend this place for someone looking for a job.

    Cons

Management. The management can be rough around the edges and not open to suggestions or ideas. They place too much emphasis on seniority and don't care about the newbies.
