I applied online. I interviewed at University of North Texas (United States)

      Interview

The interview process was extremely long. Took almost 3 weeks to hear back for the initial phone screening, took 2-3 weeks after that to schedule the panel interview (2-3 hours long) and then a month after to find out if you had the job. I was extremely disappointed because I took a chance with this company and settling with such a low tier salary. Jacqueline was great with communication and making the process smooth and I appreciate her for that. I found out that I didn't get the position through LinkedIn (The selected candidate made their announcement) after SEVERAL FOLLOW UP EMAILS AND CALLS. It really disappointed me because I put so much effort into this interview. Lesson learned is to stand on your worth, I knew I was worth more for the beginning but gave it a chance because of the compassion.
