I have been working at University of Southern California part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I am a student worker and my boss is very understanding if I have to take a day off here or there to study for midterms or for an interview. The work is easy as long as you are on time, organized, and submit projects in a timely manner.

    Cons

Minimum wage and not that much room for advancement, but that's to be expected as a student worker.

    Advice to Management

    Fight on!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at University of Southern California.

    Interview

It took 10 to 15 minutes. She asked about my experiences and future plans. She did not talk too much. Interestingly she was in Starbucks and eating something. I expected that she would ask some questions regarding my explanations. It was my first interview and I disappointed.
