    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at University of Texas at Austin.

    Interview

The coordinator for summer programs reached out to me via email. Then we had a 1:1 interview where I was asked questions about my personality and how well I get along with others. I was also asked situational questions of managing a large group of students in excursions that will occur in a different city.
