Great hours, good pay for the work done.
Many GA positions are unbalanced. GA positions within certain departments may have 3x the work/responsibilities of GA positions within other departments.
Advice to Management
Scale GA pay to match job responsibilities (i.e. leave it up to the individual departments to determine GA pay within a range defined by the University administration). It would make the positions more competitive and increase the quality of GA candidates/workers on campus.
I applied online. I interviewed at University of Tulsa (Tulsa, OK) in June 2017.
I submitted an application and was contacted via email with an interview date and time. Then, I was interviewed by a panel of four (4) individuals. All of the individuals were females, and they each took turns asking me questions.
