    Recommends

I worked at University of Wisconsin-- River Falls part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Ability to do my homework at the desk, laid back working environment, positive social interactions, keeps you busy.

    Cons

Odd scheduling times, Hard to get shifts covered due to illness or vacations, minimal hours (3-4 hour shifts twice a week)

    Advice to Management

Have the desk open for a longer period of time so that students can make some more money. Chances are they aren't making enough money to sustain themselves.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at University of Wisconsin-- River Falls (River Falls, WI) in April 2013.

    Interview

The interview process has since changed, but when I interviewed there was a group of four candidates that entered the large ballroom and took turns interviewing with several people, typically groups of 2 interviewers. After four rounds of questions from interviewers, we could leave.
