I have been working at University of the District of Columbia full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Various projects & programs that are student centered to impact retention. Rewarding work

    Cons

Micro-management, a lot of turnover leads to double duty of work for long periods at a time; veteran employees do what they want with little to no reprimand.
