I have been working at University of the Incarnate Word part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The instructor environment is that of working professionals and always striving to be the best. Great students and staff to work with.

    Cons

Not enough parking even though we pay for it

    Advice to Management

Create more parking and lots of free breakfast tacos every morning. Bean and cheese from Bill Miller's across the street. The last part was to take up the word count requirement but really, breakfast tacos.
