    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Universum (New York, NY) in February 2019.

    Interview

The interview process itself was pretty straight-forward and easy, however it was very long (took over 6 weeks between initial contact and the final reply). There was definitely a lack of communication from the company HR representative, with constant check ins and follow ups from my side.
The interview process consisted of a phone screen, followed up by an assignment with a presentation in front of two team members, and a follow up question over email 'Where do you see yourself and the role in 18-24 months time?' All of that was complete over the first two weeks of the interview process with the next four weeks of waiting to hear back from the company.
