I have been working at Univest full-time (More than a year)
Univest is very supportive of work and life and creating a balance between the two. There are many fitness/wellbeing opportunities that Univest provides as perks and it makes working for this company that much more enjoyable. Executives are very open, humble and willing to help.
Not as many perks and time off like other banks in the area. Communication between departments and even inter-departmental could certainly do with some improvement. Consistency is also lacking due to the "more seasoned" employees doing things one way and the younger, fresher employees doing tasks another way.
Advice to Management
Please be open to more change and input from the younger employees as they are the ones who have to finish what the tenured folks start!
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Univest (Bensalem, PA) in December 2014.
First you have an interview at their HR department. Then if you did well, they ask you to take a math test. You can not use a calculator when taking the math test. Then an interview is scheduled with a branch manager at one of the branch locations.
