I joined Unosquare after having been a client for three years:
- the project teams are very talented and focused on service
- the leadership reinforces the importance of culture and project how important the employees are to the company
- It's an international company and they do a great job of bridging language and cultural gaps with respect and integrity.
- The company grows consistently from year over year, and while that is a good problem to have, it requires that employees are not averse to change.
- To accommodate growth, you have to "wear many hats" at times and this may not be a fit for someone who is not accustomed to change
Advice to Management
Continue to project how important the employees are to the success of the business and continue to remain physically present.
