I have been working at Unosquare U.S. full-time (Less than a year)
It's a blast to work here, and there is little to no micromanagement taking place. You are hired for your skillset, and the managers trust you to get your job done. The development offices are in Mexico, so flying down for the company parties and events is always a blast. The Co-Founder and President, Mario Di Vece was one of the 4 developers when the company was started so he knows the ins and outs of everything.
I cannot think of any cons, maybe too much tacos on the Mexico trips!
