I have been working at Upper Deck full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Eager and hardworking teams that offer support and encouragement. Managers truly want you to succeed and it's a joint effort to make sure the team produces the best work possible. Managers lead by example and are great teachers and resources. The company treats it's workers well and there's a definite family vibe.

    Cons

The deadlines (sometimes) but that's just part of the job. It's a balancing act.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Upper Deck (San Diego, CA) in September 2014.

    Interview

It was a great interview. I was taken into a conference room with famous athletes pictures and signatures. It lasted about 30-45 minutes. The interviewers were serious but they also made me feel pretty comfortable.
