Interview process is a bit long for some teams. Sometimes a final interview includes meeting with 6 or 7 people over multiple days which is excessive for an IC position.Advice to Management
Make final interviews shorter/more compact, empower hiring managers to trust their gut on if a candidate is going to be a good fit for the position instead of seeking strong approval from multipleDiversity & Inclusion at Upside
