So far I haven't been able to see a con wrt work. Things have been pretty smooth since onboarding. They don't allow working remotely from a Non EU country at this point, also there are no bonusAdvice to Management

Interview
I had a very negative experience with the hiring manager. Despite all our communication being in English and stating that the interview would be conducted in English as well, he switched to German right away. He explained what the primary responsibilities are, and asked questions about my CV. As I was talking, he seemed not only bored and more concerned with his appearance, but I also did not feel much respect or interest which ultimately contributed to the overall negative experience.
