I worked at Usha International Limited full-time
Colleagues are like family, extremely helpful. Love the environment.
Nothing really that I can think of.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Usha International Limited (South (India)).
When the former and the current CEO come to your college for the recruitment process you don't really know what to make of it, but I do remember I wasn't too happy with that information. When I did get selected eventually, I remember feeling special, having been chosen by heads of such an old and prestigious brand. Vanity, nothing more. A group discussion followed by a personal interview and the process was over. I doubt it took more than a few hours, maybe three. I forget the topic of the group discussion, but the interview was focused on how interested as individuals we were in cross functional roles, though we were also informed paradoxically that it would not be possible for us to shift to lets say marketing if we were being hired for sales, or vice versa. Though that has been know to happen and its not that big a deal here anyways, so I am not sure what the point of that bit really was?
